Our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) is an evidence-based service designed for adults with serious mental illness, providing a full range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services through an interdisciplinary team in a variety of community-based settings.
ACTT is built for adults whose needs are not well met by traditional office-based treatment. Instead of asking clients to come to a clinic, our multidisciplinary team goes to them — delivering care wherever they live, work, and spend their time.
Services include psychiatric and nursing services, assistance with housing and employment, substance abuse treatment, peer support, and case management.
Greensboro ACTT serves adults, 18 years old or older, in Guilford County, North Carolina.
Services are supported by Medicaid and State funding.
The ACT team is accredited by The Joint Commission.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with team members on call for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
