Greensboro ACTT

An Assertive Community Treatment Team bringing intensive, coordinated mental health care directly to the people who need it most.

Our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) is an evidence-based service designed for adults with serious mental illness, providing a full range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services through an interdisciplinary team in a variety of community-based settings.

Overview

ACTT is built for adults whose needs are not well met by traditional office-based treatment. Instead of asking clients to come to a clinic, our multidisciplinary team goes to them — delivering care wherever they live, work, and spend their time.

Services include psychiatric and nursing services, assistance with housing and employment, substance abuse treatment, peer support, and case management.
