Mobile Crisis involves a mobile crisis response to consumers residing in Alamance, Caswell or Rockingham Counties who are experiencing a mental health or substance abuse related crisis 24/7/365. The goals are to help consumers manage and resolve their crisis situation in the community, to divert unnecessary hospitalizations and to connect persons served with needed services.

Community Support and Community Support Team (CS) is designed to provide mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation services and supports necessary to assist adults in achieving rehabilitative and recovery goals through a combination of case management, treatment interventions and supportive services.

• Crisis assessment and intervention
• Symptom assessment, management and supportive therapy
• Collaborative medication monitoring to minimize side effects and maximize symptom relief
• Linkage to substance abuse treatment
• Training and support in activities of daily living
• Training and support in social relationships and leisure time activities
• Case management services
• Assistance in maintaining independent living arrangements that are safe, decent, and affordable, including limited financial assistance to all persons in need
• Education, support, and consultation to families
• Other supportive and person-specific services
