Mobile Crisis involves a mobile crisis response to consumers residing in Alamance, Caswell or Rockingham Counties who are experiencing a mental health or substance abuse related crisis 24/7/365. The goals are to help consumers manage and resolve their crisis situation in the community, to divert unnecessary hospitalizations and to connect persons served with needed services.

Community Support and Community Support Team (CS) is designed to provide
mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation services and supports
necessary to assist adults in achieving rehabilitative and recovery goals
through a combination of case management, treatment interventions and
supportive services.
