Bereavement Leave –
Supervisors may approve up to 3 days
of unpaid leave for part-time employees
upon each family death occurrence. Bereavement
leave does not accrue.
Flexible

on a pretax basis from an employee’s
pay.

Incentive
for Change to Full-time Status:

following status change if employment

period with the Company, in the form
of interest-free loans, not to exceed

for an up to 3% pay increase for those
employees who have completed at least
3 months orientation period with the
company and receive a job-related degree
or professional certification/license
from an accredited institution.

Retirement
- A company paid pension and
profit-sharing plan is provided at the
end of each fiscal year (July 1 –
June 30). Any Eligible Employee who
has completed one year of service, worked
1000 hours, and has attained age 18
is able to participate. Contact Payroll
Dept. for specific eligibility criteria.
Employee 401K contributions may be deducted
via payroll deduction and are tax deferred.

Holidays
- 10 Holidays are recognized
per calendar year for all full-time
employees. Holidays are defined at the
beginning of each calendar year. Holidays
must be taken when defined except for
scheduling conflicts; in which case
the holiday must be taken within two
months of the date previously defined.

Services provides a group health insurance
plan for employees. Company contributions
begin the 1st day of the month after
the completion of three months of employment.
Employees will be responsible for “employee
contribution” toward the individual
healthcare premium & any additional
costs for dependents. For other health

broker of your choice. Monthly premiums
may be taken as Pre-tax payroll deductions

Sick
Leave - Sick leave begins accruing
at a rate of 10 days annually from the
first day of employment. Sick leave
accrues continually and is forfeited
upon termination of employment.
Vacation
– Full-time employees are eligible
for up to two week (80 hrs) of vacation
leave during their first year through
fifth years of full-time employment
& up to three weeks (120 hrs) at
the fifth anniversary and every year
thereafter, until the tenth anniversary
of full-time service after which full-time
employees are eligible for up to four
weeks (160 hrs) vacation. In any event,
no more than 40 accrued hours of vacation
may be carried over to the next fiscal
year (July 1-June30). Any vacation accrued
in excess of 40 hours will be forfeited
at the end of the fiscal year. Accrued
vacation time is paid out upon termination.
Personal
Leave - Personal leave begins
accruing at a rate of 3 days annually
from the first day of employment. No
more than 4 accrued hours of personal
leave may be carried over to the next
fiscal year. Any personal leave accrued
in excess of 4 hours will be forfeited
at the end of the fiscal year. Personal
leave accrued is forfeited upon termination
of employment.
